Exhibits
This body of work has been shown throughout the Conroe, The Woodlands, and Houston areas. Individual pieces are within the permanent collections of the Museum of Fine Arts Houston and the Ogden Museum of Southern Art in New Orleans. The portrait of Johnny Jones was exhibited in the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery along with five other museums throughout the country.
The first exhibit of The Ground on Which I Stand was shown at Rice University as part of FotoFest's 2016 Biennial.
Two exhibit variations are available. Prints are available for installation. And a traveling show, including six double-sided pop-up displays enables school districts to transport the show from school to school. This is also great for libraries. An entire package, including books, a flash drive with slideshows, and the project’s curriculum is also available.
